<br />PARCEL 1:
<br />The West half of the South half of the East half of the Northwest
<br />quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 16, Township 5 South,
<br />Range 10 West, in the Rancho Las Bolsas, City of Santa Ana, County
<br />of Orange, state of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded
<br />in Book 51, Page 12 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
<br />County,
<br />PARCEL 2:
<br />The South 5 acres of the West half of the Northwest quarter of the
<br />Northwest quarter of Section 16, Township 5 South, Range 10 West,
<br />in the Rancho las Bolsas, City of Santa Ana, County of Orange,
<br />State of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 51,
<br />Page 12 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.

<br />All that portion of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter
<br />of Section 16, Township 5 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Las
<br />Bolsas, City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California,
<br />as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 51, Page 12, of
<br />Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described as
<br />follows:
<br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southwest quarter of the
<br />Northwest quarter of said Section 16, and running thence Northerly,
<br />along the West line of said Southwest quarter, 660.31 feet to the
<br />Northwest Corner of Tract No. 5530, as shown on a map thereof
<br />recorded in Book 195, Page 29 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
<br />said Orange County, said point also being the true point of
<br />beginning of the land herein described; running thence Northerly,
<br />along said West line, 528 feet more or less, to the North line of
<br />said Southwest quarter; thence Easterly, along said North line, to
<br />the westerly line of the 70-foot strip of land conveyed to the
<br />Orange County Flood Control District by Deed recorded January 23,
<br />1961, in Book 5599, Page 587, of Official Records; thence
<br />Southwesterly, along said Westerly line, to an intersection with
<br />the East line of said Tract No, 5530; thence Northerly along said
<br />East line, 5.47 feet to the North line of said Tract No. 5530,
<br />thence Westerly along said North line 660.39 feet to the true point
<br />of beginning.
