Intelligent Traffic Systems and the City of Santa Ana, dated April 3, 2018, and as subsequently <br />transferred to Siemens Mobility, Inc., the time period of the Agreement is hereby extended for an <br />additional one year, from April 3, 2019 through April 2, 2020. The insurance certificates are <br />required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
