2.4 Biota <br />Impacts <br />The project would not result in any significant vegetative <br />impacts. The proposed project will to provide a landscaping plan that <br />j requires Agency approval per the Participation Agreement. During <br />demolition and construction phases of the project, small grounddwelling <br />'r= <br />animals and birds would be forced to migrate to outlying areas. When <br />the project is completed and the project area is re -landscaped, wildlife <br />would probably return. <br />Mitioation Measures <br />The Participation Agreement requires the Project Participant <br />to provide adequate landscaping on the site and provides for the <br />Redevelopment Agency to approve all preliminary and final landscaping <br />•. plans submitted by the Participant. <br />u <br />2.5 Archaeology <br />3. <br />Project Impacts <br />l., <br />Since most of the site is already developed and there are no <br />� <br />recorded sites on the : property, no impacts are anticipated. <br />r <br />' Mitigation Measures <br />1;� No mitigation measures are proposed. <br />75D5148 <br />
