E <br />t <br />the suitability of the Participation Parcel and Sales Parcels for the <br />development to be constructed by the Participant. If the soil <br />conditions of the Participation Parcel and Sales Parcels or any portion <br />thereof are not in all respects entirely suitable for the use or uses to <br />which the Participation Parcel and Sales Parcels will be put, then it is <br />the sole responsibility and obligation of the Participant to take such <br />action as may be necessary to place the Participation Parcel and Sales <br />Parcels in all respects in a condition entirely suitable for the <br />development thereof."* <br />Any soil and/or geologic conditions that could create building <br />and construction impacts will have to be disclosed and corrected at the <br />Participant's expense in accordance with the City's standard building <br />permit approval process. <br />Cumulative Impacts <br />The cumulative impact of this development end other identified <br />developments in the area are not anticipated to have any impacts on <br />soils and geology in the area. <br />5.2.3 Mitigation Measures <br />No mitigation measures are proposed. <br />5.2.4 Significant Environmental Effects <br />No adverse impacts are anticipated. <br />* City of Santa Ana Redevelopment Project, Santa Ana, California, <br />Fashion Square Commercial Center Site, Participation Agreement by <br />and Between Community Redevelopment Agency, City of Santa Ana and <br />Federated Department Stores, Inc. and Santa Ana Venture, p. 14. <br />75D-204 <br />
