5.8.3 Mitigation Measures <br />Increased air emissions resulting from the project are due <br />to (1) increased traffic and (2) increased.use of electricity, and <br />natural gas. Mitigation measures designed to reduce the generation of <br />traffic and usage of electricity and natural gas.are discussed in detail <br />in sections 5.6, 5.13.1, 5.13.2 and 5.14 of this report therefore, no <br />additional mitigation measures are proposed here. <br />5.8.4 Significant Environmental Effects <br />The proposed project will incrementally increase the air <br />emissions in the SCAB; however, the proposed project would account.for <br />less than two percent of the County emissions, which is considered not <br />significant. <br />138 <br />75D-282 <br />
