It is also providing 157 condominium units <br />which are under construction, and 157 condominium units which are <br />ioccupied.* <br />t <br />Section 8 Housing Program <br />1 <br />The cities of Santa Ana, Garden Grove, Anaheim and the County <br />ys of Orange have their own Housing Authorities which assist families <br />through the use of Federal Section 8 Certificates. Families are <br />required to pay 25 percent of their income towards rent for their unit. <br />t <br />The Housing Authority pays the owner the remainder of the contract <br />established rent. Maximum rents per unit per family are established by <br />j HUD for each area such as Orange County.
