In fact, I think this is, you know, it's <br />something that needs to happen. Probably the biggest <br />issue that would be faced is traffic because we already <br />have major traffic issues and there's an awful lot of <br />building going on across the street, down the street, <br />and people are extremely concerned about being able to <br />mitigate the traffic issue, so that's something that <br />needs to be addressed, not only with the surveys that <br />the city does because we understand the State of <br />California requires that, but it's partly a <br />psychological thing. <br />People need to see how this is going to be <br />handled as opposed to just pie in the sky, this is what <br />the statistics say. <br />I'm excited about the fact this is going to be <br />developed further.
