I've taken -- where's the Bible. I'm <br />supposed to do the oath thing; right? <br />Yeah, she's the court reporter. She's taking <br />-- I'm not photogenic among other things. We'd have to <br />do a million takes. I stutter. <br />But my main concern is with this development <br />and many others that are between the crossroads of these <br />two cities that what's not being taken into <br />consideration is the traffic impact, quite frankly. <br />There isn't capacity, you know. Even when I'm looking <br />at the fact that present entitlements, they're saying <br />there is going to be a reduction in trips. I don't even <br />believe that. I can't believe that. That cannot be the <br />case. It does not take into consideration any of the <br />brand new apartments that are here and many other <br />proposed projects.
