I do like the exterior of Macy's. It's <br />incredible. I don't even mind the marble, and it should <br />be preserved. That really is a very well designed <br />facade. All right. <br />18. MR. DALE HELVIG: <br />Let me just say that the project in itself <br />overall, I like it. My concern is the amount of <br />residential that will go in here and the traffic that <br />will be created as a result of it. Not everybody that <br />will be living and shopping in this area will be working <br />in this area. And so Main Street and the freeway on and <br />off -ramps are going to be of a concern because right <br />there they're heavily congested. Those new developments <br />are only going to add to that so I hope this project <br />takes a look at the infrastructure that's going to be <br />needed to be modified as a result of this project.
