The Exhibits below project net <br />fiscal impacts on both the Phase 1 elements of the project, as well as revenues and <br />expenditures based on full buildout. <br />As shown in Exhibit 5.2.8b, the Phase 1 elements are expected to generate $6.6 million at <br />stabilization and yield an annual positive net fiscal Impact of approximately $5.0 million in <br />2018$. <br />Measure X will result in an additional $2.1 million in annual sales taxes to City through 2028 <br />and $1.4 million annually from 2029 through 2038. <br />The analyses, projections, assumptions, and any examples presented herein are for <br />Illustrative purposes and are not a guaranies of actual and/or future results.
