<br />and medians, under overpasses, along`riverbed_s and storm•drain channels, and in parks and other 
<br />facilities. 
<br />The 2017 PIT also allowed us to compare trends in fiomelessness across.5outhern California. As the 
<br />below chart shows, the count of homelessness injanuary 2017-appears t&show an increase in Orange 
<br />County (and in the cities of LA and.5an Diego) everi,as it went down elsewhere:
