Underserved individuals include elderly, persons with a disability, youth, <br />homeless, veterans and very low-income individuals. The City has made several efforts this past yearto <br />address homelessness and will continue these efforts in 2019. The addition of a new Homeless Services <br />Manager and dedicating a full-time Santa Ana Police Department Officer to act as a Homeless Liaison in <br />2018, as well as creating a Quality of Life Team to implement a co .f(1.[rtpted response to requests for <br />p' <br />services by the community on impacts of homelessness has chair@1'he landscape of Santa Ana.
