City of Santa Ana <br />MainPlace Mall Transformation Project <br />Traffic Impact Study <br />3 ANALYSIS SCENARIOS AND METHODOLOGY <br />3.1 Analysis Scenarios <br />This traffic analysis provides an evaluation of morning and evening peak hour intersection and daily <br />roadway operations for the following scenarios: <br />Existing (2018) Conditions <br />Existing Plus Proposed Project <br />In addition, a comparison of peak hour intersection analysis results for Existing Plus Current Entitlements <br />conditions, compared to the Existing Plus Proposed Project is provided. <br />3.2 Study Area and Intersections <br />Table 2 identifies the traffic study area intersections analyzed in the study.
