City of Santa Ana <br />Main Place Mall Transformation Project <br />9 CONCLUSIONS <br />Traffic Impact Study <br />The Proposed Main Place Project would not result in a significant Project impact at the study locations; <br />therefore, no off -site mitigation measures at the study locations are required. <br />The Main Place Mall Traffic Impact Study finds that potential impacts associated with the Proposed Project <br />would either be the same or not substantially greater than those described in the Final EIR. In addition, <br />there are no substantial changes to the circumstances under which the Proposed Project would be <br />undertaken that would result in more severe environmental impacts than previously addressed in the <br />Final EIR, nor has any new information regarding the potential for more severe significant environmental <br />impacts been identified that would result in the previous analysis being inadequate. <br />KimleyoHorn Page 155 <br />
