The <br />project involves the Cities of Santa Ana, Huntington <br />Beach, Fountain Valley and Caltrans D12. <br />PROJECT NEED: <br />OCTA Traffic Signal Synchronization Master Plan <br />identified that Talbert Ave/MacArthur Blvd Corridor is <br />part of countywide corridor system that needs multi - <br />jurisdiction synchronization.
