The project involves the <br />Cities of Santa Ana, Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley <br />and Caltrans D12. <br />PROJECT NEED: <br />OCTA Traffic Signal Synchronization Master Plan <br />identified that WamerAve Corridor is part of <br />countywide corridor system that needs multi jurisdiction <br />synchronization.
