Local Guidelines for Implementing the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (2019) DEFINITIONS <br /> <br />shall be the area in which significant effects would occur either directly or indirectly <br />-made <br />conditions. <br />11.23 <br />reasonable period of time, taking into account economic, environmental, social and <br />technological factors. <br />11.24 <br />comments either verbatim or in summary received in the review process, a list of <br />persons commenting, and the response of the City to the comments received. <br />11.25 include, but are not limited to, carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous <br />oxide, hydrofluorocarbons, perfluorocarbons, and sulfur hexafluoride. <br />11.26 City <br />implementing the California Environmental Quality Act. <br />11.27 Vehicle <br />Code. <br />11.28 <br />Resources listed in, or eligible for listing in, the California Register of Historical <br />Resources shall be considered historical resources. <br />A resource may be listed in the California Register if it meets any of the following <br />National Register of Historic Places criteria: <br />(a) Is associated with events that have made a significant contribution to <br /> <br />(b) Is associated with the lives of persons important in our past; <br />(c) Embodies the distinctive characteristics of a type, period, region, or <br />method of construction, or represents the work of an important <br />creative individual, or possesses high artistic values; or <br />(d) Has yielded, or may be likely to yield, information important in <br />prehistory or history. <br />A resource may also be listed in the California Register if it is identified as significant <br />in an historical resource survey that meets all of the following criteria: <br />(a) The survey has been or will be included in the State Historic <br />Resources Inventory; <br />(b) The survey and the survey documentation were prepared in accordance <br />with office procedures and requirements; and <br />(c) The resource is evaluated and determined by the office to have a <br />significance rating of Category 1 to 5 on DPR Form 523. <br /> <br />2019 City of Santa Ana Local Guidelines 11-5 ©Best Best & Krieger LLP <br /> <br />
