• <br /> 7. 9 1 IM.J ALE WA ' ///7 V <br /> ktiaa&Ciet.ce venue° <br /> CLti K OF £UUitiCAL AMENDMENT TO SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> Aic: 6- ‘-a 7 <br /> This Amendment to Services Agreement is dated as of this 3rd day of <br /> July, 1997, by and between the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, <br /> hereinafter called "City" and Stadler, Shober & Cline, Inc. , dba <br /> Pacific Relocation Consultants, a California corporation, <br /> hereinafter called "Consultant" . <br /> Whereas, City and Consultant entered into a Services Agreement, <br /> dated July 3 , 1997 , for Pacific Relocation Consultants to provide <br /> services for the adminstration of the City's relocation assistance <br /> programs; and <br /> Whereas City and Consultant wish to increase the total contract <br /> amount under said Services Agreement to $135, 000, an increase of <br /> $60, 000, with all other terms and conditions of the Services <br /> Agreement to remain unchanged. <br /> Now Therefore, in consideration of the mutual promises of the <br /> parties, and other good and sufficient considerations, the parties <br /> agree to the following Amendment of said Services Agreement: <br /> Section VII . Compensation. The maximum compensation established <br /> for services under this Agreement shall not exceed $135 , 000 (One <br /> hundred and thirty-five thousand dollars) . <br /> In Witness Thereof, the City and Consultant are executing this <br /> Amendment to be effective as of the date first hereinabove set <br /> forth: <br /> STAD •BER & CLINE, INC.
