Assessment U pa a max): <br />A. Youth Service Providers are required to use the Test for Adult Basic Education (TABE) <br />assessment tool, but may use other assessment tools upon approval. -- OCCTAC will <br />continue to useTABEtesting with all our WIOA participants. <br />H. Describe how your program will conduct assessments for youth participants, elaborate <br />on the type of assessment tools or surveys that will be used. — At intake, all participants <br />will be given a TAKE test to determine the participant's Educational Functional Level in <br />Literacy and Numeracy. The TAKE test will determine the needs of the participants in both <br />academic areas. Additionally, they will aid in the facilitation of the weekly tutoring sessions, <br />All W10A participants will be assessed after 3 months of tutoring to see their progress in <br />each academic/subject area. If the youth goes up by 2 grade levels or more, the youth can <br />take the final Post Test assessment.
