ttachnnent <br />BUDGET NARRATIVE <br />Organization: orange County Children's Therapeutic Arts Center <br />Fe net 107 831.25 <br />Program Coordinator & Case Manager —.75 FTE for 47 weeks: (Benefits Included) <br />30 hours a wcok for47 weeks @ $213)0 per Hour <br />The Coordinator will work 30 hours a week for 47 weeks providing: recruitment & eligibility intake, <br />assussment, documentation & rase notes; identify barriers and goals; monitor progress & goals; rneet regularly - . <br />with individual WIA participants to train on employment arid job skills; represent DCCTAC In provider network and <br />youth council reetings; organize and attend OCCTAC—WIA Staff Meetings and dnrument input; organize relative <br />activities. Distribute WEX hours to youth and keep track of all paid hours and supportive service activities. Also, <br />the coordinator wjll provide assistance to youth during follow-ups, and complete any related ddcumentation. <br />Job Developer / Case Manager— .88 fTE for 47 weeks (Benefits included) <br />35 nours'a Weak for 47 weeks @ 518.00 per flour <br />The Job developer is responsible for creating job opportunities for clients by researching, identifying and <br />soliciting commitments from possiblo sources of employment; and provide clients with soft•skills and job search <br />tralning. Job developer+, will also locate employment opportunities that fit each individual youth depending on <br />barrie r such as Disabelity, probation, or parenting youth. The Case manager portion of this position includes <br />prrnildjrig documentation & case notes; identify harriers and goals; rtionitor progress & goals; meeting regularly <br />with individual WIA participants to train on employment and jab skills; represent DCCTAC in provider network ad <br />youth council meetings; organize and attend DCCTAC- WIAStaff meetings and document input; organize related <br />activities, such as! workshops, mock interviews etc. <br />Career C4unselor—.63 r'f for 43 weeks: (Benefits Included) <br />25 hours a weel( for43 weeks @ $1.3.00 per hour; <br />The respective position will be responsible for providing educational and career training to all WIA <br />participants; menloring and assisting with related wort( experience placeamnt; observing -arid rlonitoring <br />participants with technical/artistic skills; documenting progress throughout the program; meeting regularly & <br />IndividilallywIi:h WIA participants to train on related curriculum; and attending regular team meetings. <br />Technology Instructor —.13 FIE for32 weeks: (Dereflfs Included) <br />5 Hours a week for 32 weeks @ 20.00 per hour; <br />The: respective position will be responsible fur providing educational and career training to all WIA <br />participants as it relates to the teclinclogyfield; rnentoring and assisting participantswith related work <br />experience plicements;.observfng and monitoring participants with technical skills; documenting progress <br />throughout the program; meeting regularly& individually with WIA participants to train on related curriculum; ' <br />and attending regular tem teetings. <br />Arts Instructor.13 FTE for32 weeks: (Beneflts Included) <br />5 Hours a week for 32 weeks @20:00 per hour: <br />The respective position will be responsible for providing educational and career training in the Arts to all <br />WIA participants; mentorfng and assisting particlpantsi with related work experience placerrims; observing and <br />monitoring participants with artistic skills; documentation progress throughoutthe program; meeting regularly & <br />individually with WIA participants to train on related curriculum; and attending regular team meetings.. <br />25A-96 <br />
