Recommend that the City Council adopt and approve Mitigated Negative Declaration and <br />Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP), Environmental Review No. 2017-140; <br />2. Adopt a resolution conditionally approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2019-12, subject to <br />approval of the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting <br />Program for Amendment Application No. 2019-02 by the City Council and the recommended <br />conditions of approval and any other limitations and/or conditions the Planning Commission <br />may wish to impose; and <br />3. Adopt a resolution conditionally approving Variance No. 2019-01, subject to approval of the <br />Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program for <br />Amendment Application No. 2019-02 by the City Council and the recommended conditions of <br />approval and any other limitations and/or conditions the Planning Commission may wish to <br />impose; and <br />4.
