one-on-one case management sessions. Program staff will conduct individual and group counseling and <br />therapy. Project staff will corroborate with local domestic violence shelters to refer clients, especially those <br />who are fleeing domestic violence. (7). Independent Living Skills Training: Through counseling and therapy, <br />clients will improve coping skills, life skills, advocacy skills and build self-esteem. Clients will also receive <br />training in Budgeting and Money Management skills. (8). Advocacy: Project staff will advocate on behalf of <br />clients' rights and provision of services where appropriate. Clients will also learn advocacy skills through <br />counseling, therapy and training. (9). Follow-up and Evaluation: The Case Manager and therapist will <br />continue to monitor and evaluate clients' progress towards achieving self-sufficiency. Clients will be reassessed <br />during case management and therapy sessions for completion of milestones and for additional <br />needs. (10). Critical Needs Support: Clients will be furnished with grocery bags, hygiene kits, bus passes or <br />gas vouchers and clothing. (12). Supportive Services: This will include — one-time security deposit, utility <br />payment assistance, entitlement benefits enrol ImeProgram); education services, job readiness, parenting education, <br />health and wellness education, housing support and linkage to healthcare and mainstream service providers. <br />Frequency of services: <br />Outreach — Daily; Screenings — Daily; Intake and Assessment— Daily; Self-sufficiency Planning — As needed <br />Case Management — Weekly/as needed; Bus passes — As needed; Life Skills Training — Weekly <br />Clothing — As needed; Advocacy — As needed; Job Readiness— Weekly; Supportive Services — Daily/As needed <br />107:If'71�_1 <br />
