The housing supply consists of 32,973 single-family <br />detached units, M.. 5,075 attached units, 7,301 units in projects <br />with 2 to 4 units, _ 47,998 units in projects with 5 to 49 units, <br />5337 units in developments with 50 or more units, 3�9 in mobile <br />home units, and a. 955 in other dwelling units. According to the �Tf 1990 <br />Census, almost 49:4 percent, or :&LM 37,032 units, are renter - <br />occupied, W, 4&.4 percent owner -occupied with the remainder (or 4.5%) <br />vacant. <br />The State Department of Finance _ estimates the City's 49W <br />housing stock 10 at 74,943 units. This represents a decrease of @ 55 <br />units from 1990. The current housing inventory includes -_ , 32,982 <br />detached single-family units, _- �§9 attached single-family units, <br />- 7 11-03 units in 2 to 4 unit projects, 24,929 units in projects with <br />5 units or more, and 9 3;330 mobile homes.
