JUNE 14, 2004 <br />PAGE 3 OF 3 <br />8. Revise the plans to add the word "Dedication" to the "Corner <br />Cutoff" references (shown three times on the plan). <br />9. Revise the plans to modify the proposed 17 foot by 17 foot <br />corner cutoff dedication at the southwest corner of Washington <br />Avenue and Sycamore Street to prevent the dedication from <br />extending into the proposed parking structure and show the <br />corner cutoff terminating at the parcel boundary. <br />10. Revise the plans to show the proposed parcel boundary <br />concentric with and 10 feet inside the curb radius of 92 feet <br />at the northwest corner of Tenth and Sycamore Streets. Label <br />the boundary IIR = 821." Arrow the spandrel area between the <br />existing and proposed lines "To be dedicated for right-of- <br />way." <br />11. Revise the plans to add the following note to the map: "Note: <br />This map is subject to on -site easements of record that are to <br />be abandoned or relocated so as to not interfere with the <br />proposed buildings, and also abandoned or relocated prior to <br />issuance of any building permits." <br />12. Depict the half -width dimensions of the remainder portion of <br />Sycamore Street south of the parcel boundary that crosses <br />Sycamore Street. <br />
