These neighborhood meetings <br />were held between 6:30 PM and 8 PM on September 2 and 3, 2003, at Davis Elementary School <br />(1405 French Street, Santa Ana). The format of the meetings was informal, with topical stations <br />provided around the room. Each station was staffed by City and consultant staff persons and <br />included appropriate poster boards and handouts. Appendix C of the Responses to Comments <br />Report provides the attendance sign -in sheets from the two neighborhood workshops. A total of <br />approximately 40 people attended the two workshops. <br />3.2.2.3 Planning Commission Public Hearing <br />A public hearing was held on the Draft EIR for the proposed One Broadway Plaza project as part <br />U/vfregoso/wp5]/reports/0ne Broadway final findings Page 6 <br />June 28, 2004 <br />
