ARTICLE XV <br />15.0 ELECTRONIC DEVICE STIPEND <br />15.1 Electronic Device Stipend All full-time SAMA employees covered under this MOU, <br />whose supervisor determines are required to have a cellphone or tablet will be given the <br />option to choose one of the following: <br />A. Be provided a City paid phone or tablet, or <br />B. First month following adoption of this MOU, be compensated $100.00 monthly to <br />cover costs related to the use of personal electronic devices (phone and/or tablet) <br />for City business. <br />Employees who use their own devices will comply with the City's policy. <br />SANTA ANA MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION (SAMA) MOU: 2019-2022 <br />55B-59 <br />
