Adopt a Resolution Amending Resolution No. 2015-026 to effect certain changes to the <br />City's Basic Classification and Compensation Plan (Exhibit 2). <br />3. Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute a Memorandum of <br />Understanding with the Santa Ana Management Association (SAMA) for the period January <br />1, 2019 through June 30, 2022, regarding wages and other terms of conditions of <br />employment (Exhibit 3). <br />DISCUSSION <br />The current Santa Ana Management Association (SAMA) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) <br />expired on December 31, 2018. Per the terms and conditions of that MOU, negotiations with SAMA <br />for a successor MOU commenced and resulted in a new three and one-half year agreement that <br />has been ratified by the membership of SAMA. <br />55B-1 <br />
