24 1 600 <br />25 or more 1 600 <br />9.4 Effect of Extended Sick Leave on Vacation Accrual. Absence on sick leave for a period <br />in excess of fifteen (15) consecutive calendar days, in any one (1) calendar month, shall <br />not be considered as service time for vacation accrual purposes. <br />9.5 Management Vacation Benefit. <br />A. SAMA employees covered by this MOU will be granted fifty (50) hours per <br />calendar year of Management Vacation. Effective January 1, 2020, employees will <br />be granted sixty-five (65) hours per calendar year of Management Vacation. In <br />addition to the vacation accrual table in Section 9.2.A. above subject to a maximum <br />accrual of thirty (30) days (240 hours) of such additional Management Vacation. <br />9.6 Management Vacation Pay Option. <br />A.
