1 here, all the people that have come to shop here, you've <br />2 only got three entrances. <br />3 Now we explained to the gentleman over there, <br />4 the CEO, there used to be an off-ramp here behind us. <br />5 There is actually a piece of property which he says they <br />6 have been trying to find the owner of it. That used to <br />7 be an off-ramp and that off-ramp used to bring cars off <br />8 the 5 Freeway directly into the mall and it was utilized <br />9 190 percent. <br />10 It was there. It made access into the mall <br />11 nice. It's no longer there, but we're only concerned is <br />12 that people being able to get in and get out. And I <br />13 know that one of the things you're trying to do is bring <br />14 a living in here, which is good. That means people will <br />15 work here and be here. They may not have to leave, get <br />16 in a car drive and drive anywhere. <br />17 We just added a bunch of residential -- we've <br />18 got about 2600 people capable of moving in and living <br />19 here in the mall and that's great. What we are trying <br />20 to find is making sure that the traffic flow down Main <br />21 Street, getting people through the traffic signals and <br />22 everything as quickly as possible is being considered as <br />23 part of the flow of bringing people in and bringing <br />24 people out as quickly as possible with the least amount <br />25 of frustration. <br />Page 16 <br />Hahn & Bowersock, A Veritext Company <br />800.660.3187
