Carvalho <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br />Daisy Gomez <br />Pursuant to the Section 3 ("Term") of Agreement No. A-2015-158 ("Agreement"), entered into by <br />Hjelmstrom & Associates and the City of Santa Ana, dated August 5, 2015, which was assumed by BTI <br />Appraisal with the consent of the City on May 10, 2019, and as previously extended, the Term of the <br />Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one (1) year period from August 6, 2019 to August 5, 2020. <br />The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
