Is caUsed by an "occurrence" that takes <br />place after you have signed and exe- <br />cuted that contract or agreement; and <br />b. Arises out of "your products" which <br />are distributed or sold in the regular <br />course of such vendor's bUSin0S$, <br />The insurance provided to such vendor is <br />subject to the following provisions: <br />a. The limits of insurance provided to <br />such vendor, will be the limits which <br />you agreed to provide in the written <br />contract or agreement, case the limits <br />shown in the Declarations, whichever <br />are less, <br />b.
