Exhibit A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />A. Provider shall conduct Tiny Tots with Ms. Ramirez classes for ages 3 - 5 %zyrs old. <br />B. Provider shall teach such or similar classes (1) at the times below at facilities to be <br />designated by the City or (2) on a schedule agreed upon by the parties for each class <br />session or teen, including the location, specific days and hours when classes will be held, <br />and holidays to be observed, in accordance with City's needs. <br />Tiny Tots with Ms. Ramirez- we will be doing a lot of activities to help in the <br />development of your future scholar. To teach your preschooler children the basic <br />fundamental skills in the education such as colors, numbers, letters, shapes, and basic <br />words. They will also learn how to develop better hand -eye coordination and fine motor <br />skills, they will start drawing and coloring beyond just scribbling and learn how to use <br />pencils, paint brushes, and glue. Participants must be potty -trained. <br />INSTRUCTOR: Miss Yvette <br />LOCATION: 1825 W Civic Center Dr., Santa Ana, (714) 647-6558 <br />Preschool classes will consist of monthly sessions, held 4 days per week, 3 <br />hours per day. <br />C. Provider shall provide all materials, supplies, equipment, records and personnel. <br />Provider shall be responsible for clean-up of the facilities and materials and shall ensure <br />the safety and effectiveness of instruction. <br />D. Provider shall be certified in infant CPR in Infant and First Aid. Provider shall furnish <br />proof of certifications. <br />E. Background check is required to volunteer. <br />CLASS SIZE <br />A. Provider will accept a minimum of 3 paid students and no more than 24 students. <br />B. No registration will be accepted after the second meeting of classes. <br />C. If the minimum registration has not been reached by the second class, the class shall be <br />canceled. Provider will be under no obligation to provide services for the cancelled <br />classes, and the City will have no ftrrther obligations to pay Provider compensation for <br />the remaining classes that were cancelled in that session. <br />#7092v2 <br />
