The keycards must be returned when the lease expires and/or the leased space is vacated, <br />whichever occurs first. <br />3. If a keycard is lost or stolen it MUST be reported immediately to the City's Stores and <br />City Yard Property Specialist by email at Eriquier@santa-ana.org. <br />4.
