<br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager to execute a first <br />amendment to the agreement with the Orange County Conservation Corps to <br />provide workforce development programs for at-risk youth by an additional amount <br />of $14,935.85 for a total amount not to exceed $129,935.85 for the period of <br />September 17, 2019 to June 30, 2020, subject to non-substantive changes approved by <br />the City Manager and the City Attorney (Agreement. APPROVE AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH HF&H CONSULTANTS, <br />LLC, FOR SOLID WASTE CONSULTANT SERVICES IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO <br />EXCEED $221,119 {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 4, 1 and 5} – Public Works Agency <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager to amend the <br />agreement with HF&H Consultants, LLC, by expanding the scope of work for Solid <br />Waste Consulting Services and including additional contract extension negotiation <br />services to address organics recycling and green waste legislation; extending the <br />term through June 30, 2022, with a provision for one 1-year optional extension <br />exercisable by the City Manager and City Attorney; and increasing the total <br />compensation by $184,266, plus a 20% contingency of $36,853, for a total increase of <br />$221,119, and resulting in total compensation not-to-exceed $441,919, subject to non- <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement. <br />No. A-2019-XXX). <br /> <br /> <br />LAND USE MATTERS <br /> <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS – LAND USE <br /> <br />39A.
