COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY <br />THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY, PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY, <br />CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />A. The following exclusion is added to 2. Exclusions of Section I - Coverage A - Bodily Injury And Property <br />Damage Liability, Coverage B - Personal And Advertising Injury Liability and Coverage C - Medical <br />Payments: <br />This insurance does not apply to: <br />1. "Bodily injury", "properly damage", "personal and advertising injury" or medical payments arising out of, <br />resulting from, related to, or in anyway connected with, either directly or indirectly, your ongoing operations, <br />"your product", or "your work" performed by or on behalf of any insured, either prior to or during the policy <br />period, that is incorporated into or performed at any of the following construction projects: <br />a. Any new townhouse or residential condominium project where the total number of individual residential <br />units Is greater than twenty-five (25), regardless of the number of buildings, developments, phases or <br />associations; <br />b. Any new residential housing project (also known as a Planned Unit Development (PUD) or tract <br />housing), where the total number of "residential housing units" is greater than twenty-five (25), <br />regardless of the number of buildings, developments, phases or associations; or <br />c. Any conversion of apartments to condominiums or townhouses, regardless of the number of buildings, <br />developments, phases or associations. <br />2. Costs and expenses to investigate or defend any claim, "suit' or payment of any fine or penalty related to <br />any of the operations in A.I. above. <br />However, this exclusion does not applyto "yourwork" or "your product' performed by or on behalf of any insured <br />that is incorporated into A.1.a., A.1.b., or A.1.c. after the issuance of the notice of completion or certificate of <br />occupancy, whichever comes first, unless such work performed is to repair or replace "your work" or "your <br />product' performed by or on behalf of any insured, that was incorporated into A.1.a., A.1.b., or A.1.c. prior to <br />the issuance of the notice of completion or certificate of occupancy. <br />B. The following definition is added to the Definitions section: <br />"Residential housing units" means detached single family or multiple family dwellings, duplexes, triplexes, <br />dormitories or any other housing or dwelling built or used, in whole or in part, for the purpose of residential <br />occupancy. For the purpose of this endorsement, each duplex will be considered two residential housing units, <br />each triplex will be considered three residential housing units, and so forth.
