Carvalho <br />ACTING CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br />Norma Mitre <br />Pursuant to the Section 4 ("Term") of Agreement No. A-2016-253 ("Agreement') entered into by Willdan <br />Homeland Solutions and the City of Santa Ana, dated August 16, 2016, which was assumed by <br />Sensemakers, LLC, with the consent of the City on June 5, 2019, the parties hereby agree to extend the <br />Term of the Agreement for an additional one (I) year period until August 15, 2020. The insurance <br />certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
