If we have paid benefits to a Covered Person for Injuries received in a covered Accident, and in our opinion a third <br />party may be liable, we will be subrogated to the extent of such payment and to all of the rights of the Covered <br />Person regarding the recovery of benefits paid or to any settlement or judgment which results from the exercise of <br />these rights. The Covered Person agrees to sign papers and do whatever else is necessary to transfer his rights <br />to us. We will exercise such rights on his behalf. He further agrees to furnish us with all relevant information and <br />documents. <br />LEGAL ACTIONS: <br />No action at law or in equity shall be brought to recover benefits under this Certificate less then BO days after <br />written proof of loss has been furnished as required by this Certificate.
