<br />cured in the Declarations is a Named Insured if;
<br />a. You maintain an ownership interest of rnore
<br />than 50% in such subsidiary ort the first day
<br />of the policy period; and
<br />bi. Such subsidiary is, not an insured under, simi-

<br />No such subsidiary is an insured for bodily injury"
<br />or "property damage" that occurred, or "personal
<br />injury" or ""advertising injury" caused by an of-
