A-2019-009-03 <br />IIISURANCE NOT RFOUIRED <br />WORK NAM PROCEED <br />CLERK &- COUNCIL <br />OUT 1 1 2019 <br />LICENSE AND RIGHTOF ENTRY <br />® [1111 North Bristol Street, Santa Ana, California] <br />Kti The City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the <br />Proms' �� w Constitution and the laws of the State of California, as the legal owners ("Owner") of the property <br />�tiriyo5 located at 1111 North Bristol Street (Assessor Parcel Number 405-274-10), in the City of Santa Ana, <br />e <br />County of Orange (the "Property") do hereby grant to the Southern California Edison Company, a <br />California Corporation (collectively referred to as the "SCE"), the right to enter the Property and hereby <br />grants to SCE a License and Right -of -Entry for the following purpose: <br />Conduct environmental testing by taking soil samples, and if necessary'remediate by shallow <br />soil excavation, and hauling away contaminated soil. See site location in the attached EXHIBIT A. <br />SCE agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any liability arising out of SCE's exercise of <br />this License and Right -of -Entry.
