<br />General Description of Duties: Monitor all 1"' floor rostrooms, when possible, en an hourly basis; at a
<br />minimum, three complete cleanings of I" floor restrooms daily, take out trash regularly throughout the
<br />day; consistently maintain the station's ground floor tile in a clean condition by regularly mopping as
<br />needed, daily cleaning of stairs to 2110 and 3ie floor; weekly cleaning of windows as needed; consistent
<br />cleaning of the entrance area windows throughout the day; daily cleaning of the main elevator; and
<br />other assigned duties as deemed necessary to maintain the fhoilhy in a clean conditions. May be
<br />requested to empty trash cans in certain exterior areas that have high usage. Maintain exterior entryway
<br />floors in clean condition.
<br />2. CITY HALL anti R.OSS ANNEX
<br />City Hall and Ross Annex Oro located at 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, CA 92701 and. are open. Monday through
<br />Thursday and every other Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm and on Fridays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, City Hall is located
<br />within the Civic Center Complex that includes City, County, State and Federal offices. The City Depardnouts
<br />ltouaml at City Hall include City Manager's office, Clerk of the Council, City Attorney's Office, Community
<br />Development Agency, Persormel,Public Works Agency, Planning and Building Agency and Parks, Recreation, and.

<br />General Description of Dutiea: Thisposition is shared between City Hall and the Main Library, Primary
<br />duties include keeping all public areas clean and five oftrash ztnd debris, Consistently check and clean
<br />the public restroorns, throughout the day, as needed, restock all toilet paper, paper towels and seat cover
<br />dispetsers, Clean and disinfect, as needed, public areas at the Main Library and City Hall. Clean, us
<br />needed, lunchrooms andomployeeresnaoms, Attettdtoanyemergencyclean-itpaasrequestedbyCity,
<br />City Hall is closed every other .Friday, on those Fridays the day porter will be primarily assigned to the
<br />Main Library, but may be requited to work on cleaning projects at City Hatt.
<br />3. MAINLIBItARY
<br />The Main Library is located at 26 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, CA 92701. The Main Library provides Spanish,
<br />English, and'Vietnamese, books, DVDs, music CDs and books on CD for adults, teens and children; story times in
<br />English and Spanish; and other special programs for children and families. Additionally, various workshops,
<br />gaming and activities for teens, and workshops for limited Englisb-speaking adults arc available. Bilingual tutoring
