ARTICLE IX <br />9.0 VACATION <br />9.1 Purpose <br />It is the policy of the City to grant employees vacation leave in order to provide them with <br />a break in their regular work schedule and this purpose will be used as a guide in the <br />administration of the provisions of this article. <br />9.2 Accrual <br />A.
