Adoption of a resolution certifying Final Environmental Impact Report No. 2018-01 (SCH <br />No. 2018021031), adoption of environmental findings of fact pursuant to the California <br />Environmental Quality Act, adoption of a Statement of Overriding Considerations, and <br />adoption of a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program. <br />2. Adoption of an ordinance approving the Development Agreement No. 2018-01. <br />3. Adoption of a resolution approving General Plan Amendment No. 2018-06. <br />4. Adoption of an ordinance approving Amendment Application No. 2018-10 for Specific <br />Development No. 93. <br />Background <br />Jeremy Ogulnick, representing AC 2525 Main, LLC, has submitted a modified project application to <br />construct a 256-unit multi -family housing project (58 dwelling units per acre) on an approximately <br />4.4-acre parcel and surface level parking lot with 180 parking spaces proposed to be used by the <br />Discovery Cube and may be shared with the residential development on an approximately 1.4- <br />acre parcel a located at 2525 North Main Street. Entitlements requested include a development <br />agreement between the City and applicant/owner, a general plan amendment to redesignate the <br />property from Professional & Administrative Office (PAO) to District Center (DC), and an <br />amendment application to rezone the property from Professional (P) to Specific Development No. <br />
