ORDINANCE NO. NS-2980 <br />Page 11A-76: Why are minimum setbacks listed "...between property line and building..." except for South <br />setback? If a lot line adjustment is being made to allow the property to be purchased by the Discovery Science <br />Foundation, is the applicant being allowed to build right up to the revised property line? <br />SECTION 10 — Setback standards in Specific Development No. 93 <br />(a) North setback. A minimum building setback of ten (10) ful shall be provided between <br />I e pi[ mpertTine and buildings along 5anliago Park. <br />(h) South setback. A minimum building setback of one hundred thirty-four (134) feet shall <br />be provided from Edgewood Road. <br />(e) West setback. A minimum building setback of twelve (l2) feel shall be provided <br />between the properly line and buildings along Main Street, <br />(d) East setback. A minimum building setback of ninety (90) feet shall be provided <br />etwecn t e east property line and buildings. <br />Page 11A-78: Emergency access on Edgewood. In the Myth vs Reality handout the applicant provided at the <br />November 1911 City Council meeting, Myth #3 states "All Palm Trees On Edgewood Remain".
