Effective on September 1, 2019, the City entered into Agreement #N-2019-168 <br />("Agreement") with Lexipol for online subscription material services ("Subscription), related <br />toAnnual Police Policies ("Policies") and DailyTraining Bulletins ("DTB"). TheAgreement <br />wasfora term through September30,2022 for the Subscription services. The DTB <br />ManagementServices is scheduled to expire on March 31, 2020. TheAgreement is <br />currently in effect. <br />B. The City has paid Lexipol for both Subscription services in the amount of $12,720 (2019 <br />pricing) to cover the costs for the Policies and $12,000 to cover the costs for the DTB, as <br />provided in ExhibitAoftheAgreementand theAddendumtotheAgreement. <br />C. In accordance with the terms and conditions oftheAgreement, the parties hereby agree to <br />amend the Agreement to remove services for the Subscription for the Policies for years 2020, <br />2021, and 2022. The current Subscription for DTB services shall continue through September <br />30,2020. The Subscription for the DTB Management Services will expire on March31, <br />2020. <br />D. The partieswill engage in discussionsfora newagreement reflecting an increased scope in the <br />future to include multiple years for the Policies and DTB Subscription services thatwill be <br />presented to the City Council. <br />THE PARTIES THEREFORE AGREE: <br />Section 1.6, Subscription Materials, shall be amended, and identified, as Exhibit A-1 to <br />reflectthe costs and services paid to Lexipol. The total amountto be expended forthis <br />Agreement shall not exceed $24,720, which has been paid -in -full by the City, as noted in <br />ExhibitA-2to this FirstAmendment. <br />2. TERM, shall be amended to reflect that all subscription services for the Agreement will <br />expire on September 30, 2020. All expiration dates are noted in ExhibitA-2. <br />3.
