It also includes services during the construction phase up to the point that the system is commissioned. <br />Description of each phase <br />Budget Hours <br />Desipn Phase <br />15 hours <br />• Describe the SECURITY OBJECTIVES for this project lncludingthe needforremote MONITORING <br />and desired response In the event of an intrusion <br />• Document a GOAL for each camera location <br />• Select a preferred CAMERA TYPE for each camera location <br />• Describe CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS such as preferred mount details and cable pathways <br />Indoor and outdoor <br />• If requlred, meet with members of OTHER CITY DEPARTMENTS such as Information systems <br />• Outline ALTERNATIVE TRANSMISSION methods such as'point to point wireless links'or <br />'trenching for low -voltage cables' where required <br />• Describe INFRA -RED illumination solutions for certain camera locations <br />Bidding Phase <br />30 hours <br />• Attend bidder's meeting/site-walk and answer any QUESTIONS <br />• If needed, RESEARCH bidder's questions and provide answers <br />• Assist with BIDDER SELECTION <br />Installation and Commissioning Phase <br />5 hours <br />• Answer questions and help address any UNEXPECTED ISSUES that arise during the installation <br />• Assist with system ACCEPTANCE and final approval <br />Key Assumptions: <br />• Close communication ETHAN FISHER (or his appointed representative) throughout this process <br />• Maximum of one trip to Santa Ana for each one of the three phases (will not charge for trips) <br />• I expect that the number of hours will be less than the 30 hours shown here.
