1. Evaluate the visitor's request. <br />2. Notify appropriate personnel. <br />3. Issue a VISITOR identification card if SAFJC Staff agrees to meet with <br />visiting individual. <br />4. Advise the visitor to remain in reception area until the arrival of the SAFJC staff <br />representative. <br />At the conclusion of all appointments, the visitor needs to return to the front desk for parking <br />validation, if appropriate. If the visitor is not returning for parking validation, SAFJC staff <br />should notify the front desk that the visitor has left the building. <br />Floor Access <br />All visitors and members of the general public, unless escorted by a SAFJC staff member, will <br />only have limited access to the 3`d floor. <br />2. The SAFJC Community Partners assigned to the 3rd floor will only have access to the 3rd floor. <br />Each partner will be given a special keycard. <br />3. SAFJC Volunteers will have access to the 3rd floor, unless otherwise assigned. <br />4. Volunteer supervisors will have access to the 3`d floor. <br />5. The Santa Ana Family Justice Center Department will have access to 3`d floor only. <br />Limited access means that while SAFJC staff may have access to certain floors, it does not mean <br />they have access to information and/or records. All SAFJC staff acknowledges and recognizes <br />that existing laws restrict access to certain records and information. In order to accomplish the <br />goals of the SAFJC, the highest level of confidentiality and security must be maintained. As <br />such, all SAFJC staff agrees to honor the confidentiality rights of clients and community <br />partners. <br />Identification Cards <br />Each person working within the SAFJC will have an identification card. <br />12 <br />
