jmf 1/4/2020 <br />No person shall park or stop any vehicle on any portion of any street, at any <br />time, within the Flower Park Permit Parking District as to which signs have <br />been erected indicating the application of permit parking restrictions and the <br />specific nature of the parking limitation, except persons and vehicles <br />exempted from such parking restrictions pursuant to Article XI and this <br />Resolution. <br />Section 3. Section 4 of Resolution 1991-087 is hereby amended to permit the <br />Executive Director of the Public Works Agency, or his or her designee, to waive the <br />limitation therein on the number of permits and dwelling units on a lot if he or she <br />determines that its application in a particular case would cause extreme hardship on the <br />residents of such dwelling units due to a severe inadequacy of on -site parking. <br />Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by <br />the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting <br />this Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this day of <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Sonia R.
