RIGHT OF ENTRY <br />anciWvki eft ry;oS}Bmo ifs <br />[1111, 1217, and 1221 North Bristol Street, and 1240 West Washington Avenue, Santa Ana, California] <br />4 <br />The City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the <br />Constitution and the laws of the State of California, as the legal owners ("Owner") of the property <br />located at 1111, 1217, and 1221 North Bristol Street (Assessor Parcel Number 405-274-10, 11 and 12), <br />and 1240 West Washington Avenue (Assessor Parcel Number 405-274-13), in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange (the "Property") do hereby grant to the Southern California Edison Company, a <br />California Corporation (collectively referred to as the "SCE"), the right to enter the Property and hereby <br />grants to SCE a Right -of -Entry for the following purpose: <br />Conduct environmental testing by taking soil samples, and if necessary' remediate by shallow <br />soil excavation, and hauling away contaminated soil. See site location in the attached EXHIBIT A. <br />SCE agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any liability arising out of SCE's exercise of <br />this License and Right -of -Entry.
