Event Related Traffic Control <br />Once the scope of work has been determined, and plans and permits are in place, our experienced traffic control technicians <br />will begin the process analyzing the plans for proper execution. Execution may vary by event, and as much as possible, <br />traffic control devises will be pre -staged for rapid placement when event begins. Technicians will dispatch with all necessary <br />information, plans, vehicles and equipment necessary to meet or exceed the requirements for a field operation. <br />Job Related Response Time <br />California Barricade, Inc. is located within the City of Santa Ana, as are some of our technicians. This gives us the ability to <br />mobilize and respond at any time the city requires. While it is not typical the City would require our services on an <br />emergency basis, they certainly could, and be met with a rapid 1-2 hour response. <br />Quality Assurance <br />Every task performed in support of the City, and outside organizations will be done with an emphasis on professionalism, <br />safety, quality, excellence, and timeliness. Procedures are in place that assure the City any request that is made will be <br />addressed immediately, and accurately. <br />Timely and Accurate Billing <br />We will continue our commitment to provide timely and accurate invoices to either the city or outside organizations. <br />Invoices will directly correlate to the proposal, and may include any service or equipment adjustments made in the field, <br />and approved by the client. <br />Wrap -Up Meeting Attendance <br />When invited, California Barricade, Inc. will faithfully attend, and fully participate in post -event wrap-up meetings. We will <br />use those opportunities to better understand the impact of our service at an event, and make any adjustments needed. We <br />will share anything learned that will insure traffic/crowd control for future events be as safe and efficient as possible. <br />25E-19 <br />
