EXHIBIT `B" <br />TO <br />DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />Developer proposes a micro -farm use for the Property. Operation of a community micro - <br />farm and related activities, including, but not limited to, production and distribution of fresh <br />vegetables, flowers, other ornamentals, and fruit, also hosting weekly open-air markets and <br />community activities that promote health. The site will include raised garden beds, a work area, <br />produce puck -up counter, and lunch tables. An on -site parking lot will be used on weekends as an <br />open-air market area. The micro -farm will host community workshops and events in line with the <br />mission of THRIVE Santa Ana. <br />75A-42 <br />
